FEES AND DEADLINE

The participation fee by July 31, 2025, is USD 1,390 (Early Bird Price).
From August 1, 2025, the participation fee is USD 1,890 (Regular Price)
The price includes: hotel (single room for 2 nights, October 15-17, 2025) plus meals, as well as transportation, events and conference documentation.

Price for 1 day extension: EUR 300
The price includes: extra night accommodation (until October 18, 2025), food and drinks on your own account.

The number of participants is limited so please register latest by September 15, 2025.

Cancellation fee: The registration fee will be reimbursed for cancellations received prior to September 15, 2025, but will incur a 20% administration fee. Reimbursements after September 16, 2025 will not be possible.
