The participation fee by July 31, 2026, is EUR 1,390 (Early Bird Price).
From August 1, 2026, the participation fee is EUR 1,790 (Regular Price)
The price includes: hotel (single room for 2 nights, September 9-11, 2026) plus meals, as well as transportation, events and conference documentation.
Price for 1 day extension: EUR 300
The price includes: extra night accommodation (until September 12, 2026), food and drinks on your own account.
The number of participants is limited so please register latest by August 15, 2026.
Cancellation fee: The registration fee will be reimbursed for cancellations received prior to August 15, 2026, but will incur a 20% administration fee. Reimbursements after August 16, 2026 will not be possible.
